2010 Paint and Rehab Program

January 28th, 2010

Committeeman Randy Bishop is pleased to announce that World Changers will be returning to Neptune the week of July 12th. World Changers is comprised of students from grades six to twelve from the Southern Baptist Convention and are accompanied by skilled adult leaders who provide painting and rehab services to low to moderate income households in the Township.

Joining again in the effort are two local organizations: Coastal Habitat for Humanity and Missions 101. Coastal Habitat for Humanity, through their "A Brush for Kindness" program, assists with painting services, landscaping and minor repairs.

Missions 101 is a youth ministry that is sponsored by the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association. The participants, ages 12-18 years old, participate in community service projects such as painting, home repairs and yard work.

Applications and guidelines for the Township Paint and Rehab Program are available at town hall (Monique Burger, Community Programs Director), the Senior Center, MURC trailer or by clicking here.
Deadline for applications has been extended to March 15th.
