The February membership meeting of the Ocean Grove Home Owners Association will be held on Saturday, February 23, in the Community Room on Pilgrim Pathway, at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting will feature a Tax Appeal Workshop. The panel will include members of the Beekman Law firm, as well as Matt Nolan, a licensed real estate appraiser; Victor Coppola, a land use expert; and Dan Goldstein, a public adjuster. The panel will explore whether and how to file a property tax appeal, and what to do if your insurance claim is denied, or is for less than the amount claimed.
