Neptune Township Rent Leveling Board (Cancelled)                                                

NOTICE is hereby given that the  meeting of the Neptune Township Rent

Leveling Board scheduled for Thursday, December 4 , 2014 has been cancelled.

The above notice is given in accordance with the requirements of R.S. 10:4-18.

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS

Please be advised that as part of  Improvements to Wayside Road  (funded by Neptune Township & NJDOT), work will commence on or about December 1, 2014

Scope of the project is from Asbury Park Blvd to right of way of Route 66. Construction will include some curbing, milling, paving, striping and restoration.  Construction will be in phases.

Please plan accordingly.

Temporary detours will be in place for the duration of the project.  Access will be available to all affected homeowners.  We appreciate your cooperation during this temporary disruption.

NOTICE OF TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE ATTENDANCE AT A PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS BROADWAY STREET FLOODING

            NOTICE is hereby given that a quorum of members of the Township Committee of the Township of Neptune will be attending a public meeting with Township staff and Broadway area residents on Monday, December 1, 2014, at 7:00 P.M.  The meeting will be held in Thornley Chapel, Corner of Mt. Tabor Way and Pilgrim Pathway, Ocean Grove, NJ.     This purpose of the meeting is to allow Township staff to meet with impacted residents to present findings and discuss storm water management measures that may be implemented to lessen street flooding concerns in the Broadway area.  There will be no formal taken by the Committee at this meeting.  

The above notice is given in accordance with the requirements of R.S. 10:4-18.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Municipal Clerk, or designated representative, for the Township of Neptune, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, in the Executive Conference Room, Neptune Municipal Complex. 25 Neptune Blvd., Neptune, NJ 07753 then publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

Standardized submission requirements, selection criteria and submission packages are on file and available in the Office of the Municipal Clerk (732) 988-5200, extension 234 during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and are also available on our web site:  www.neptunetownship.org.

All professional service contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration of Public Contractors), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts).

Submissions by Corporations and Partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) and shall include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit.

The Township Committee reserves the right to reject any and all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the Township.  The Township Committee, Planning Board or Board of Adjustment shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of same.

 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DATE FOR THE REORGANIZATION OF THE  NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP RENT LEVELING BOARD

                         WHEREAS, pursuant to the law, it is necessary for the Neptune Township Rent Leveling Board to reorganize from year to year; and

                        WHEREAS, the Neptune Township Rent Leveling Board shall reorganize in January of each year and shall establish at that time its regular and special meeting schedules.

                        NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Neptune Township Rent Leveling Board, that the Board for the year 2015 shall meet for purposes of reorganization and as a regular meeting onThursday, January 8, 2015, in the second floor Committee Chambers, Neptune Township Municipal Hall, 25 Neptune Blvd., Neptune, New Jersey, or any other designated location at 6:00 P.M.; and

                        BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the attorney for the Neptune Township Rent Leveling Board shall publish a copy of this notice in the official newspapers of the Township of Neptune and the Neptune Township Rent Leveling Board secretary shall post this notice upon a bulletin board in the main entranceway of Township Hall and keep a copy on file.
